Frequently Asked Questions

We are the first charity-focused NFT fundraising platform and marketplace, regulated in Singapore, attempting to bridge crypto and the non-profit sector by making it easy for charities and social enterprises to conduct their NFT fundraising campaigns and to receive crypto-contributions.

We also bring together artists and creatives who have a passion for giving by making it easy for them to allocate proceeds of their sales to non-profits and charities of their choice.

In growing the community, we often facilitate collaborations between artists and charities for fundraising campaigns.

All allocated contributions from our NFT marketplace will be transferred to a separate public charity (registered as a CLG) in Singapore. This approach assures that charity monies are managed based on financial and operating governance oversight required for public charities in Singapore.

Our charity-focused NFT marketplace only permits listing of NFTs by validated artists and charities. This means that buyers and donors are assured of the authenticity of all artworks and care beneficiaries so as to provide a peace of mind.

We provide paid and pro-bono services to charities from helping them to go digital, to receiving crypto- contributions, to creating digital NFTs that represent their cause to sell, and to leverage the potential of NFTs and blockchain, beyond digital art, to generate new streams of revenue for their beneficiaries.

We aim to deepen collaborations between donors and their care beneficiaries by providing opportunities for engagement, e.g. field visits and the ability to track impact of the giving.

Our standard platform fee is 5% of the selling price of NFTs sold on the marketplace.

When a donor is contributing directly to a charity campaign, we will take a 5% fee to facilitate either fiat and/or USDT cryptocurrency contributions. All USDT cryptocurrency contributions will be converted to fiat currency by the end of the next working day by a MAS licensed 3rd party digital payment provider in Singapore.

We work with the charity or social enterprise to create digital NFT art on our platform and list NFTs for sale on the marketplace. When a newly created NFT is first sold, 95% of the sale price goes back to the charity or social enterprise and 5% goes to cover the platform fee.

When the digital NFT is later traded, a further 5% (royalties) of the resale price goes back to the charity or social enterprise.

If the charity or social enterprise is selling physical artworks in collaboration with a Creative,15% will be charged to cover logistics and platform fees plus any transaction fees charged by 3rd party digital payment providers.

The remaining about 85% of the sales proceeds will be shared between the charity and artist, depending on the arrangements between them*.

* Final allocations of sale proceeds may vary if the artist is charging his/her reserve price to the charity.

For creatives selling digital NFT-only, we typically require the creative to give at least 10% of the sale proceeds to a nominated charity.

So, when a newly created NFT is first sold, 85% of the sale price goes to the creative, 10% to the nominated charity and 5% goes to cover the platform fee.

For creatives selling physical artworks, we typically require the creative to give at least 20% of their reserve base price to a nominated charity and agree to give 80% of the difference between the reserve base price and the final selling price to the nominated charity.

When the digital NFT is later traded, a further 5% (royalties) of the resale price goes back to the charity or social enterprise.

Should the creative not wish to have a nominated charity, then the charitable contributions will go into a general charity pooled fund, which will be transferred to a separate public charity (registered as a CLG) in Singapore to be managed by its independent Board of Directors.

Any crypto currency received from the sales of NFTs, physical artworks and direct contributions will be converted to SGD before disbursing directly to the bank account of the charity. All KYC and AML verifications will be conducted by the platform and a licensed 3rd party digital payment provider.
